1. Exchange Policy
– Free Exchange: If you would like to exchange your product for a different one that better matches your preferences, we are happy to offer a free exchange. There will be no additional charges for the exchange or for the delivery of the new product.
– How to Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process and arrange for the exchange at no extra cost.
2. Refund Policy
– Refund Availability: If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
– Deduction for Refund: Please note that an amount of 40 AED will be deducted from the total amount paid. This deduction covers processing fees.
– How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within the 3-day window. We will process your refund promptly, and it will be credited back to your original payment method.

– Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
